Your cookie choice
This website stores your optional-cookie choice locally in your browser for up to six months. Declining keeps embedded Vimeo, YouTube and Acuity content blocked. The website remains available, including links to open those services separately.
Locally hosted portfolio films can play without optional cookies. Accepting enables external video and booking embeds. These providers may receive your IP address, browser and device information and may use cookies under their own policies. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future embeds here; it cannot erase information already received by an external provider.
Enquiries and assessments
The contact form prepares an email draft unless a direct intake endpoint is configured. It does not send your message automatically in draft mode. An outreach assessment submits the information you provide only when its intake integration is configured; otherwise it offers an email draft. GP5 uses submitted information to respond to your request. Optional marketing consent is separate.
Booking and payments
Appointments are managed through Acuity Scheduling. Plan checkout links open Stripe. Booking and payment details are handled by those services. This site does not collect card information.
Analytics
Google Analytics 4 loads only after you accept Website analytics. It measures page paths and selected events such as booking clicks and successfully submitted enquiries. GP5 does not send names, email addresses or chat content to analytics. LinkedIn and Meta campaign tags, when configured, require separate Marketing measurement consent and may process device, browser and page information under their own policies. These advertising tags remain off until their IDs are configured and you consent. No session replay is installed. Hosting providers may process technical request logs.

GP5 assistant and project briefs
The guided assistant stores the conversation in your browser tab using session storage. Downloading a brief saves a text file on your device; it does not send an enquiry to GP5. Closing the tab clears its session storage.
When the assistant is labelled AI, your messages and recent conversation are sent to GP5’s configured Cloudflare Worker and Workers AI to generate a reply. The GP5 Worker code does not retain transcripts or log message content. Cloudflare processes requests under its own service policies. Avoid sharing confidential information.
Booking, email and other linked services follow their own privacy policies. GP5 reviews project scope and any AI suggestions with you.
AI Solutions enquiries and WhatsApp
The AI Solutions form collects your name, business email, company and project brief only when you choose to share them. If direct submission is configured, they are sent to GP5’s designated intake endpoint and CRM to respond to the request. Otherwise the form prepares an email draft for you to review and send. This is not a marketing subscription. The on-site WhatsApp demonstration follows a prepared flow and does not send WhatsApp messages. Opening the WhatsApp link takes you to Meta’s service and the GP5 business number. Automated WhatsApp replies require separate activation.
