About this website

This website presents GP5 Productions services and selected portfolio work. Contact info@gp5productions.com for questions about these website terms. Individual projects are governed by the written proposal or service agreement accepted by the parties.

Proposals and purchases

A conversation, estimate or assistant reply does not create a contract or confirm availability. Scope, fees, delivery, third-party charges and support must be agreed in writing. Before paying for a recurring plan, review its billing, renewal and cancellation terms in the applicable agreement and checkout.

Assistants and demonstrations

On-site demonstrations illustrate possible workflows. Guided responses follow prepared logic. Where live AI is enabled, answers can be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed with GP5. Do not share passwords, payment details, health information or other sensitive records in a public assistant. Assistants do not confirm bookings or authorize purchases.

Portfolio and intellectual property

Portfolio material includes GP5 productions and selected individual credits. Rights remain with their respective owners. Display of a client or project does not imply endorsement of every service. Do not reuse protected footage, logos or other assets without the relevant permission.

Appropriate use

Use the website for legitimate enquiries. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, submit harmful content or misuse forms. The site has no public account registration or user upload service. It is intended for business enquiries by adults authorized to represent their organization.

External services and privacy

Acuity, Stripe, WhatsApp and other external services apply their own terms and privacy practices. Our privacy page explains this website’s storage and optional integrations. If you believe portfolio material infringes your rights, contact GP5 with the work, URL and your contact details so the claim can be reviewed.

Outreach Engine monthly plans

Published Outreach Engine plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled, with a one-month minimum. To cancel, email info@gp5productions.com or contact GP5 at least 30 days before the next renewal. AI Solutions is quoted separately and has no public plan pricing on this website.
